- 7 years at the leading management consultancy Oliver Wyman, designing and launching new healthcare models
- Responsible for design of numerous new service lines and clinics
- Previously Director of Operations at fast growing technology start-up MOVE Guides (US$16m series B funding Nov 2015)

- Has worked in the NHS, private sector and charitable organisations
- Held senior-level roles as Hospital Manager, and Director of Nursing and Professions at national level

- Member of the Guild of Nurses

- Over 25 years experience in consulting including HR strategy
- Led global teams in the fields of talent analytics, learning and development and recruiting
- Holds a PhD in geochemistry

- Developed original AmSurg international build plan during time at OW
- Supported one of the pioneering clinical care model transformation projects in the UK NHS

- Senior Consultant Gastroenterologist, co-founder of OneWelbeck Endoscopy Centre
- Specialises in colonoscopy, colon cancer screening, abdominal pain, and inflammatory bowel disease
- Expert endoscopist at the forefront of endoscopic research, developing new interventional therapies for obesity-related type 2 diabetes
- His advice is regularly sought by professional bodies such as NICE and the Royal College of Physicians

- Responsible for oversight of company’s real estate portfolio and all design and construction projects

- Member of Health Guidelines Revision Committee (HRGC) which is responsible for developing design and construction standards for all health care facilities
